accomplishment!

So, after ten long days of mashing bashing and a minor explosion, there is finally bread! And its pretty good bread I have to say. The amish shure know what they are doing, so easy a T can do it. But I learned a bit about persistence and dedication with a dab of patience. And the coolest part is I am going to share the bread with others, and share some of my 8 bags(double the normal by the way) with others who will hopefully enjoy this bread as much as i have. And thats what it was all about with me, sharing an accomplishment. When you have had a lot of personal ones, it means all the more anyways. Hopefully in ten days at least one person follows thru and feels the same as I do this morning........Isnt that the point?
